Privacy Manager

📋 Description

• Build and run Sezzle's privacy program per NIST Privacy Framework.
• Own data map, privacy risk assessments, PIAs, and intake workflow.
• Partner with Eng, Product, and Marketing to embed privacy by design.
• Enable data-driven products while protecting user privacy across US/Canada.
• Govern the program cadence, metrics, and cross-border data risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building privacy programs; fintech/e-commerce/SaaS is ideal.
• NIST Privacy Framework experience; ISO 27701 or CSF relevant.
• Deep knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25.
• Product-enablement mindset; de-identification and privacy-enhancing techniques.
• Cross-functional communication with EQ; executive reporting ability.
• CIPM/CIPP preferred; CIPT a plus; familiarity with privacy platforms.
