📋 Description

• Own product creation from concept through final execution, translating seasonal strategy, client
• Create and iterate product concepts using AI-enabled design tools, applying next-generation AI
• Drive product development and make critical execution decisions, partnering with Technical Design
• Use commercial performance to inform future product decisions, regularly analyzing sales, client
• Lead cross-functional product partnership and decision-making, working closely with Brand

🎯 Requirements

• Deep women's apparel product acumen with an exceptional eye for silhouette, proportion, fabric
• 5-7 years of experience spanning design, product development, merchandising, or a combination of
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end apparel product creation process, from trend and concept
• Ability to translate broad trends and brand direction into specific, commercially viable product
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, fit, wash, finish, and manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to use sales data, client insights, and hindsight to inform future product
