📋 Description

• Follow a nurse's plan of care to provide personal care.
• Provide ADL support and companionship for adults at home.
• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, toileting.
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and household support.
• Support mobility and safe transfers; use lifts when needed.
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned to deliver care.

• Previous home health care experience welcomed but not required.
