📋 Description

• Travel to a client home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Hands-on care with one client.
• Build client relationships and track milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.
• Passion for one-to-one care and home health.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling; travel to client homes.
