📋 Description

• Travel to a client home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Hands-on, one-on-one care with each client
• Build relationships and monitor client milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma)
• Current RN license in good standing (state)
