Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)

📋 Description

• Evenings 5P-9/10P; 2 YO with Trach
• Nights 8P-6A; pediatric in Mercersburg
• Nights 9P-7A; young adult Trach/Vent
• Days 8A-4P; pediatric client, behavioral health experience is a plus
• Days 7A-4P; 2 YO client, low tech
• One on one care (Private Duty)

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
• Private Duty/Home Health experience
• Pediatric experience
• Trach/Vent experience preferred
• Able to cover multiple shifts; flexible scheduling
• Statewise electronic charting experience
