Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing for pediatric/young adult clients.
• Care for evenings, nights, and days across multiple sites.
• Support Trach/Vent care for pediatric and young adults.
• Document care with electronic charting using Statewise.
• Collaborate with families and BAYADA team on care plans.
• Deliver safe, high-quality in-home nursing care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Experience in home health; pediatrics preferred.
• Trach/vent care experience a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings, nights, or days.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy.
• Electronic charting familiarity a bonus.
