Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes
• Care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise
• Provide care during available shifts: Days, Eves, Overnights, Weekends
• Work flexible scheduling based on personal preferences

🎯 Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license
• Ability to provide nursing care for pediatric and young adult clients
• Tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience preferred
• Comfort with electronic charting
• Available for evening and/or night shifts
