🎯 Requirements

10+ years software engineering experience, 3+ leading a team
Track record building complex, multi-component systems
Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL on AWS
Sound architectural judgment
Experience leading legacy migration
Experience delivering cross-team projects

Expected annual base salary $170,000–$190,000 USD
