Pro Serv Tech Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the setup, configuration, and successful launch of WordPress websites
• Diagnose and resolve common website issues including critical errors, builder and theme problems
• Install and troubleshoot SSL certificates
• Process DNS change requests and assist with domain-related configuration issues
• Investigate and resolve common email-related technical issues
• Provide clear, professional, and timely written and verbal support

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college or university degree with technology focus is an
• Practical experience with HTML and CSS
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and WordPress plugins
• Basic knowledge of cPanel, SSL certificates, domains, DNS, and email services
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
