Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures, process documentation, and cycle times
• Conduct process analysis, Gemba walks, and root cause investigations to identify opportunities and
• Lead and support cross-functional teams in achieving process performance targets and continuous
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs to identify process risks and drive defect prevention activities.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring timely and effective implementation of process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline) or
• Minimum of 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment; 5+ years
• Experience leading continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and implement effective process
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $97,000-$131,000
