📋 Description

NPI: Manufacturing process development & validation
Manufacturing equipment specification, development & validation
MP: Monitor mass production process, analyze and diagnose yield issues, optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
5-8 years relevant experience in product/process engineering for high volume consumer electronics
Proficient in Industrial Engineering fundamentals, cycle time measurements, line balancing
Experience with automation equipment a plus
Formal six sigma training a plus
