Lead shift ops for Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams.
Ensure inventory accuracy and perform ICQA; coordinate audits.
Oversee coverage, safety, and equipment use (carts, pallet jacks, dollies).
Direct all associate activities and escalate site issues to leadership and Live Monitoring.
Train new associates and support site initiatives (onboarding, audits, food safety).
Manage driver routing/dispatch and perform shelf moves/backstock.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years internal Gopuff experience.
2+ years leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant.
1+ years improving processes; ServeSafe certification preferred.
Availability during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends; flexible scheduling.
Team-oriented; ability to stand, bend, reach and walk; lift up to 49 pounds.
Spanish fluency preferred.
