📋 Description

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience.
• 3+ years in process management or process improvement.
• 2+ years using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar.
• 2+ years end-to-end process mapping and management.
• Bonus: Excel, SQL, Python or other data tools.
• Bonus: Engineering or Business degree or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
