Process Optimization & Automation Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and translate them into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working for consistency across regions (North America, Europe, APAC, Latam).
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable automation solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media/marketing ops, or production
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.
• Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) is a strong plus.
