Process Trainer - TL - Lending

📋 Description

• Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on lending products, sales processes
• Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, training manuals, SOPs
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions to ensure effective knowledge
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create practical and engaging
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to identify
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to improve productivity, customer handling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Training Delivery within
• Good networking capabilities, willing to travel extensively, skilled in coaching and mentoring.
• Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes, and customer acquisition practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create engaging training content and facilitate interactive learning sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
