Procurement Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Answer initial questions and educate directly responsible individuals (DRIs) on the overall risk
• Conduct an initial review of DRI-provided use cases and appropriate contractual terms, or assemble
• Review and negotiate commercial terms in supplier agreements when needed
• Monitor productivity and communication with DRIs using our procurement tool, Zip
• Engage internal stakeholders, including Legal, Sourcing, Third Party Risk, and Stripe DRIs, to
• Manage engagements within our procurement system, Zip, and contract lifecycle management system

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of professional experience in contracting within procurement, legal operations, or another
• Demonstrated ability to understand commercial and legal language commonly used in commercial
• A solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing contracting best practices, the
• Flexibility and comfort with changing requirements in a high-volume environment, meticulous
