Procurement Engineer - Electrical

📋 Description

• Lead the procurement of electrical equipment, materials, and subcontract packages for construction
• Manage sourcing for key electrical systems including MV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear
• Develop sourcing strategies for major electrical packages and long-lead items.
• Prepare RFQs, ITTs, and procurement documentation.
• Analyze quotations, prepare commercial comparison sheets, lead negotiations, and finalize purchase
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams, monitor supplier progress, and mitigate supply chain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3-8 years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical
• Experience procuring major electrical systems and equipment
• Manage local and international supplier networks
• Tendering, commercial evaluation, and contract negotiation experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction materials
