Procurement Lead

📋 Description

• Lead vendor management and own the renewal calendar.
• Partner with budget owners to negotiate new and renewing contracts across SaaS, AI and
• Benchmark pricing, structure multi-year and usage-based terms, and create forecasts.
• Take full ownership of the procurement process: intake and request flow, stakeholder management
• Build spend visibility and maintain a vendor expense forecast.
• Evaluate and leverage AI to build a procurement stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in high-growth tech/SaaS.
• Track record leading complex commercial negotiations across SaaS and services contracts.
• Experience building and optimizing procurement policies, processes, and tools.
• Experience reading and interpreting commercial contracts and order forms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with AI tools in a Finance or Operations function.
