📋 Description

• Prepare, review and negotiate mutual and one way NDAs with prospective suppliers, contractors and
• Draft and negotiate Master Services Agreements, supply agreements and their associated order forms
• Support the Regional Procurement Directors in preparing and negotiating regional framework
• Support the Delivery Contracts team to prepare and manage construction and project agreements
• Review supplier and contractor markups against Volta's playbook, prepare issues lists, recommend
• Escalate non-standard positions, such as liability caps, indemnities, liquidated damages and IP, to

🎯 Requirements

• A paralegal, chartered legal executive or contracts qualification (for example CILEx, a law degree
• 4 or more years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally in procurement
• Hands on experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements and supply contracts, and a working
• A solid understanding of key commercial risk areas, including liability, indemnities, insurance
• Experience working under the supervision of in house or external lawyers while managing a high
• Precise drafting, exceptional attention to detail and clear communication with commercial
