Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the annual procurement strategy aligned with SGS Philippines and Guam business
• Establish category management strategies for laboratory equipment, consumables, inspection and
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process efficiencies, supplier consolidation, and value
• Support strategic initiatives, growth projects, laboratory expansions, and new business ventures.
• Lead complex RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and sourcing initiatives.
• Implement total cost of ownership (TCO) approaches in supplier selection.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering
• MBA or Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Professional certification preferred: CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial procurement leadership role.
