Procurement & Material Planning Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and coordinate material procurement activities to support avionics development, prototyping
• Manage material kitting operations, ensuring all required components are identified, organized, and
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to review bills of materials (BOMs), identify material
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all procurement, material availability, and
• Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material lead times, and expected delivery dates to
• Proactively identify material shortages, procurement risks, and potential schedule impacts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, material planning, inventory management, supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, data organization, filtering
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Experience tracking material requirements, purchase orders, inventory levels, or procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate material records
