🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, vendor management, or a related function
• Previous experience building, contributing to, or restructuring procurement or supplier management
• An enabling and consultative mindset, using procurement policies as practical tools while balancing
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust
• Ability to translate commercial proposals and contract terms into clear recommendations for
