Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Locate, audit, and upload executed vendor contracts into Zip to ensure vendor records are complete
• Populate vendor records with appropriate metadata and configure the renewal module in Zip.
• Support the procurement process end to end, including purchase requests, approvals, purchase
• Handle day-to-day procurement requests and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain complete, current vendor records in Zip, including contracts, W-9s, and other required
• Track upcoming contract renewals and proactively reach out to business units with lead time.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate indirect procurement operations, purchasing, or finance
• Hands-on experience with Zip or a similar procurement/spend management platform; Zip experience
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and its connection to procurement and accounts payable.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or spend tracking.
• Ability to work through messy, unstructured data, such as contract cleanup and record audits.
• Ability to train and communicate clearly with non-procurement stakeholders.
