📋 Description

• Plan, produce, and oversee video and social media content from concept through final delivery
• Manage all phases of production, including pre-production planning, shoot-day logistics, and
• Collaborate with firm leadership and marketing team to develop a content strategy aligned with
• Direct and coordinate talent, crew, and freelance contributors as needed
• Edit and package content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity across all produced content

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in film, television, or content production
• Proven portfolio or reel demonstrating production and storytelling ability
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices
• Experience managing end-to-end production workflows, including budgeting and scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred
