📋 Description

• Lead production planning and execution for small-to-medium-sized productions, including scoping
• Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans by evaluating feasibility, budgets
• Coordinate technical production elements such as staging, scenic design, audio, video, lighting
• Develop and maintain production documentation including schedules, floor plans, technical drawings
• Oversee onsite delivery including site inspections, rehearsals, show flow, vendor coordination, and
• Manage client and cross-functional relationships, serving as the primary production contact and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate events, live event production, experiential marketing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated end-to-end production expertise independently producing live events or managing
• Strong technical production knowledge of staging, scenic elements, audio, video, lighting, LED
• Production planning skills including schedules, floor plans, technical drawings, and run-of-show
• Budget and financial management experience including estimates, vendor bids, cost negotiation
