Coordinate schedules, logistics, crew, equipment, locations, and travel for multiple production
Research shooting locations, source equipment, and track down vendors
Coordinate crew and vendor bookings, manage communications, and ensure availability
Maintain production calendars, call sheets, contact lists, schedules, and budgets
Support day-of production logistics on set and handle unexpected problems
Track budgets and expenses including estimates, invoices, and spending

🎯 Requirements

Some experience in film, commercial production, documentaries, or a related creative production
Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details simultaneously
Resourceful and persistent problem solver
Proactive and takes ownership of work without constant direction
Clear communicator effective with crew, vendors, clients, and creative teams
Comfortable with production tools, spreadsheets, budgets, calendars, and scheduling
