Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn
• Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and
• Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data
• Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened
• Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions
• Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
• Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
• Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
