• Own the seller submission funnel end to end in code
• Own search, discovery, and buyer conversion
• Build and run the experimentation harness

• Own the bets and trade-offs with a short quarterly plan tied to submission volume, buyer

🎯 Requirements

• You ship production code (full-stack enough to move through a growth surface without a handoff)
• You've owned a growth surface, marketplace funnel, or PLG motion and moved the number on it (5+
• You own a number today and can name its baseline and where you took it
• Strong data fluency: SQL and Python, plus PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig, Eppo or similar
• Experimentation in your hands (designed tests, set decision rules before running)
• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (supply, demand, liquidity)
