Product Builder, Vault

📋 Description

• Owning the end-to-end Vault lifecycle in code, including receive/ingest, processing, routing
• Building, not requesting, the tooling that runs the Vault, including queue management
• Instrumentation and analysis of station-level data to drive improvements in time-to-liquidity
• Defining, measuring, and enforcing SLAs across all stages of the operational workflow.
• Driving inventory activation by reducing time from vaulted to live on marketplace, in partnership
• Improving international shipping, customs, insurance, carrier integrations, and reducing manual

🎯 Requirements

• Roughly 5+ years of software building experience, with a track record of shipping production code.
• Experience owning an operational system with real SLAs and unit costs, moving throughput, cost per
• Strong data fluency: SQL and Python; ability to build instrumentation for data that doesn't exist.
• A track record of turning messy, real-world processes into software that operators use.
• Hands-on, scrappy, high-ownership mindset; able to go find bottlenecks and build tools to fix them.
• Experience building real things with AI, such as agents, skills, MCP servers, connectors, or
