📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering and product to drive roadmap from idea to launch.
• Refine core UX and reduce friction for users.
• Create mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Guide designers through feedback and collaborative critique.
• Build and evolve design system components for speed and consistency.
• Jump in on hiring to grow the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing software products (startup or SaaS a bonus)
• Courage to ask big questions, experiment, and advocate for quality
• Humility to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and pivot when needed
• Deep prototyping in Figma; AI/HTML/CSS a bonus
• Distill problems into focused, user-friendly solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication; async is our default
