• Own Pod Strategy & Vision: Own a focused domain within core products & lead your teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 1+ years leading a small PM team or owning a
• Deep expertise in at least one area: payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or
• Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that move meaningful business metrics.
• Strong people leadership skills—mentoring PMs, building team culture, creating accountability.
• Strategic thinking—you can hold competing priorities and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, gaming, payments, healthcare).
