🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in product design, preferably in fast-paced B2C startups.
• Experience designing complex systems with cross-team collaboration.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Strong interaction design or brand skills.
• Excellent communication; distill complexity to drive decisions.
• Research-driven; translate insights into product decisions.
