Product Designer, CMS

📋 Description

• Design and ship end-to-end CMS experiences across Figma's products.
• Partner with engineering to shape platform capabilities for CMS and open-source initiatives.
• Translate technically complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Prototype early to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and designers through the product process.
• Raise quality with feedback, design critiques, and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional product design craft with strong visual and interaction skills.
• Ability to translate technically complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Code is part of your design process; you build working prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to move fast, form a point of view, test it, and adjust.
• Experience designing CMS, asset management platforms, or platform products.
• Track record of independently driving design from discovery to launch.
