📋 Description

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction of OpenAI products.
• Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, research, and design peers to define both

• Bring a strong technical background and have recently shipped code to production.
• Are deeply motivated by making coding agents intuitive and accessible, and expanding access to who
• Have a portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with a high bar for
• Enjoy 0 -> 1 environments, can navigate ambiguity, and bring crisp design thinking to technical
• Get excited about being immersed in the AI research process and defining how AI-first products
• Possess impactful communication and storytelling skills.
