Product Designer, Content Experience

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for key Content product features and complex workflows.
• Architect content structures and screen flows for intuitive user actions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance scope and constraints.
• Design AI-enabled workflows that generate, refine, and govern content with user control.
• Prototype feature states and edge-case experiences before code writes.
• Shape the product language with labels, helper text, and feedback messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• SaaS-focused design experience for high-complexity B2B or AI-assisted products.
• Strong information architecture and complete feature-flow portfolio.
• Ability to navigate loosely defined problems and surface tradeoffs clearly.
• Meticulous design for multiple user roles, permissions, error recovery, accessibility.
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of design decisions.
• AI curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools to accelerate design.
