Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product, engineers, and researchers to define problems and design solutions.
• Contribute to and support the execution of product strategy across the portfolio.
• Facilitate workshops to align team goals and distill outputs into design artifacts.
• Navigate technical constraints to ensure designs align with engineering realities.
• Elevate discussions with rapid sketching, prototyping, and visual craft.
• Deliver cohesive experiences that meet user goals and brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product teams as a Product Designer.
• Equivalent to BA/BSc/MA in HCI, IS, CS, or related field.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication.
• Strong UI/Visual design with end-to-end UX capabilities.
• Experience designing for web or native platforms, ideally in e-commerce.
• Experience contributing to full-stack design systems.
