🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS/HR tech.
• Proficient in Figma and comfortable working within a design system.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Attention to detail and craft in visual design, typography, and brand.
• Portfolio with case studies showing leadership on complex design projects.
