📋 Description

• Define platform-level experience architecture across navigation, hierarchy, permissions
• Lead critical cross-product workflows such as onboarding, activation, setup, upsell, and expansion.
• Simplify complex, workflow-heavy tools by creating clear mental models, scalable interaction
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to align user experience with underlying system models
• Work closely with the Design System team to translate shared product patterns into reusable

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, or equivalent seniority, with a track record of leading
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills, with experience designing
• Proven ability to define scalable experience models, frameworks, and patterns that work across
• Excellent product judgment, including the ability to simplify complexity while balancing usability
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence, with the ability to drive alignment across
• Comfort working with complex system models, including permissions, configuration, object
