📋 Description

• Shape and prototype new workflows that bring design and production code closer together, including
• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, UX writing, data science, and
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as provide thoughtful
• Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements in Figma's core product surfaces

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software products of similar scale and complexity
• Strong visual craft and attention to detail across composition, typography, layout, interaction
• Proven ability to independently drive end-to-end design processes from discovery through launch
• Ability to guide decision-making through structured thinking, clear design rationale, and
• Experience designing technically complex products, ideally developer tools or extensible platforms
