📋 Description

• Build cross-border payment rails with high uptime.
• Integrate rails by speed (T+0/T+1) for instant trades.
• Structure bank partnerships for near-zero liquidity downtime.
• Improve pay-in acceptance across cards and transfers, with fraud rules.
• Design real-time routing to select the best rail by segment and risk.
• Build scalable fiat solutions for institutional clients (seg accounts, bulk APIs).

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in product leadership in payments or core banking.
• Proven scaling of cross-border rails in real-time, high-volume.
• Direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiations.
• Led payment orchestration and dynamic routing in production.
• Fiat solutions for institutions: segregated accounts, wires, bulk APIs.
• Experience with core banking platforms and payment schemes (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, ACH).
