Product Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Own the development, quality, and timely publication of client-facing product release notes
• Manage the client-facing product roadmap, maintaining accurate and compelling external messaging
• Partner with Product teams to shape in-product guidance, including messaging, tooltips
• Serve as a trusted point of reference for product changes, helping external partners and clients
• Independently design and deliver recurring product training programs covering product capabilities
• Deliver training through multiple formats, including live sessions, recorded modules, external

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 8+ years of experience in training resource development, training program delivery
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex SaaS products quickly
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex product
• Have experience owning client-facing product communications such as release notes, product
• Demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment across functions, and
• Bring strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail, reliable

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $130,000–$150,000 USD, with actual compensation based on experience
