Product Engineer (AI-Native)

📋 Description

• Own product features end-to-end, from problem definition through development, testing, deployment
• Independently identify what needs to be built and drive initiatives without detailed specifications.
• Engage with external partners and service providers for integrations and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create product and technical specifications, ensuring quality.
• Delegate development tasks to AI agents and review their output in complex production codebases.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated implementations for correctness and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience owning complex production systems end-to-end.
• Background as backend engineer, software architect, or senior technical IC.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
• Strong interest in agentic software development and continuous learning.
• Exceptional ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong critical-thinking skills to inspect, debug, and improve AI-generated code.
