🎯 Requirements

• Track record of leading teams to design, implement and operate consumer-facing full stack
• 8+ years of software development experience; including 2+ years of people management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Clarity of thought and articulation are critical
• Experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design
• Ability to to attract, hire and retain engineering talent
• Comfortable operating within an ambiguous and ever changing environment
