Product Engineering Manager, Salesforce

📋 Description

• Oversee development for new and existing products and assets on the Salesforce platform, as well as
• You will work with tools like Claude and Codex, as well as with various features within Salesforce
• Oversee hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing, in a fast-moving and
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to planning to development to
• Collaborate with wider product team (product owner, product engineering lead, product developers)

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, understanding of Salesforce architectural
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong analytic skills with ability to formulate problem/solution in both business & technical
• Experience acting as a people manager for technical resources.
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
