Product Expert - Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva Clinical Operations
• Act as a champion for Veeva's key product enhancements, including Veeva AI vision and roadmap
• Contribute to best practices and process recommendations within the Veeva Clinical Operations
• Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision
• Provide product education to Veeva Clinical Operations customers in meetings and online communities
• Be the customer advocate internally, gathering and prioritizing customer feedback for release

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working in Clinical Operations (Clinical Trials) with hands-on experience in CTMS, eTMF
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical product
• Ability to translate product vision, technical specifications, and software documentation for end
• Experience interacting with customers from business, IT, and executive levels, both in-person and
• Strong analytical and English skills (written, verbal, formal presentations)
• Passion for emerging technologies, specifically AI, and ability to articulate AI-driven features
