Serve as product evangelist and subject matter expert for Veeva Clinical Operations products
Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision
Provide product education to customers in various forums and online communities
Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback for product planning
Collaborate with product teams to deliver content and resources
Provide cross-functional product expertise to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Clinical Operations (Clinical Trials)
Experience with CTMS, eTMF, or Study Start-up tools
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Strong analytical and English skills
Passion for emerging technologies (specifically AI)
Based in Europe
