Product Finance & Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a portfolio of new and growth
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Analytics to support roadmap, investment, and operating
• Evaluate new products, use cases, pricing, and packaging opportunities using financial and
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights on growth, margin, risk, and ROI to inform executive decisions.
• Use AI tools to improve planning speed, analysis quality, reporting workflows, and decision support.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, business operations, investment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, pricing, and
• Experience partnering with Product and/or Engineering on roadmap, prioritization, and resource
• Strong business judgment and executive communication; able to turn ambiguity into clear
• High ownership, bias for action, and either experience in, or a desire to, become “AI Native” to
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay
