Product Lead

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area.
• Get close to customers and identify which problems are worth solving.
• Prototype first using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Lead the cross-functional team (engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, operations) from idea
• Own outcomes: set metrics before building, check them after shipping, and understand how your area
• Write clear, concise specs ready for decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, or building product as an engineer or founder, ideally at a
• AI-first mindset: use Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor daily and have built real things with them.
• Understanding of AI products: prompting, retrieval, evals, and when not to trust the model.
• Commercial competence: comfortable with pricing, unit economics, and go-to-market.
• Strong product taste and enough technical depth to collaborate with engineers.
• Comfortable with data and quick to notice when it's misleading.
