📋 Description

• Set the product vision and roadmap for recruitment and participant management across Maze.
• Improve participant quality by building stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering, and
• Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types
• Understand panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality, and fulfillment.
• Partner with Panel Operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows, and handoffs used to
• Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and determine where deeper integrations can improve

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Lead or equivalent owning complex product areas from strategy through
• Comfortable working on products that span software, operations, and external partners
• Ability to turn messy cross-functional problems into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap
• Comfortable getting close to operational workflows and using feedback for product decisions
• Strong product judgment and ability to provide clear recommendations
• Experienced partnering closely with Engineering and Design and bringing stakeholders from across
